New Order Reunites with Keyboardist, Releases ‘Restless’: “Listen ” 100.7 WZLX
It may be their first new work without Peter Hook, but the track sounds so complete and New Order that the lack of the usual wandering bass tones are hardly noticed.
New Order is getting set to release their 10th studio album Music Complete on September 25th and in anticipation of the album, have released the first single off the record titled “Restless”.
The past few weeks have been littered with teases about New Order’s upcoming record Music Complete.
The highly anticipated album features collaborations with artists such as Iggy Pop, La Roux’s Elly Jackson and Brandon Flowers from The Killers.
It is the band’s tenth album, and follows their 2013 effort Lost Sirens – made up of unused recordings from the Waiting For The Sirens’ Call album in 2005.
It also features cover art from Peter Saville, who has been associated with the members of the group since Joy Division’s Unknown Pleasures.
