Bush and Rubio each have an opportunity to turn in a strong SC performance.
Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio turned up the heat on his opponents – proactively calling them out by name – while campaigning in SC on Thursday. “But we’re going to do it the old fashioned way”.
Sharpton and Obama met at the same restaurant during Obama’s successful 2008 presidential campaign – a piece of symbolism for Sanders as he tries to expand his appeal beyond liberals in the US Northeast.
On Tuesday Mr Christie told an audience he was going to take a breath and head back to New Jersey to reassess his campaign. “So I’m not anxious about what the other folks say”, Kasich said.
Both Bush, the former Florida governor, and Rubio, a US senator from Florida, are in SC today, holding town hall meetings with voters. Despite that, Christie received 7 percent of the vote. It does matter when the challenges don’t come [in] a list [on] a piece of paper of what to vote yes or no [on] everyday, but when the problems come in from the people that you serve.
