Grammys to feature Adele, Gaga, Rihanna, Swift and more

Gaga had the tat inked on her skin by the legendary tattoo artist Mark Mahoney in LA. Gaga’s visit to the tattoo shop drew a crowd.

And she is set to perform an “experimental tribute” to the late star – who is to be the posthumous recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award – at the Grammys.

Lady Gaga has a new tattoo, honouring David Bowie.

Amanda Palmer, the outspoken neo-punk artist, recently released an EP of Bowie covers, Strung Out in Heaven, that features acclaimed English singer Anna Calvi performing Blackstar. In the videos, we also see the tattoo artist carefully stencilling the image, while the singer patiently waits for it to be tattooed on her side.

“I don’t know if we’ve talked about what the song is or not”. Gaga gave the interview just before Bowie’s death.

LL Cool J is on hosting duties, as the likes of Adele, Lady Gaga and Rihanna are all confirmed to be in attendance.

The Born This Way singer’s inking comes as she prepares to perform a seven minute tribute to Bowie at the Grammys.

“I all the time felt that his glamour was one thing he was utilizing to categorical a message to those that was very therapeutic for his or her souls”, she advised The Hollywood Reporter days earlier than Bowie died.

The pop star has gotten a tattoo tribute to Bowie, who died last month at age 69.
