Tyra Banks Reveals First Photo Of Son York For Valentine’s Day

Tyra Banks has a new love in her life, and she couldn’t be more thrilled.

The powerful first shot of Tyra Banks and her son York! The “Next Top Model” host revealed last month that she and her boyfriend Erik Asla were the proud parents of a healthy baby boy, who was born via surrogate.

Banks also took to Instagram when she announced the birth of York and thanked the woman who carried him through child birth.

A revered face on the runway, supermodel Tyra Banks seems to be in a state of bliss after embracing motherhood. She had been struggling to become pregnant over the past few years and had even tried IVF treatments but that proved unsuccessful.

Banks and boyfriend have been in a relationship for two years before they welcomed their son York in January.

In the photo, Banks went makeup free as she’s seen staring off into the distance with York in her arms.

“I’ve had some not happy moments with that, very traumatic moments”, she admitted.

At the time, however, Banks and Asla decided not to share any photos of York with the world. “I know it’s something she really wanted to do…When she first held my son Jack-the look in her eyes, she really wanted to be a mum”.

She then talked about how she had always dreamt of always having a large family, but it just never happened.
