See A Teaser Image For New ‘Predator’ Movie
“The Predator” is said to follow-on from the events of the original “Predator” – which, fanboys will recall, co-writer/director Black had an acting role in. Now, we get a first look of the feel of the new franchise.
Predator eventually spawned two sequels, Predator 2 (1990) and Predators (2010), as well as two Alien-infused spin-offs. He wrote Lethal Weapon and The Last Boy Scout, wrote and directed Iron Man 3, and is also responsible for the upcoming The Nice Guys.
The first photo above is our first ever glimpse of what Dekker was referring to. The image also includes the title “The Predator”, which may or may not be the official title of the film.
Right now, it remains unclear what exactly the studios are planning.
“You’ll never see him coming”, the poster warns, along with a creepy image.
Plot details for The Predator remain a mystery, but the film was described as an “inventive sequel” by its creative team, so it doesn’t seem as if it’s being envisioned as a full-on reboot. I love the history and the universe outside of these movies reading all kinds of book and the massive amount of comic crossovers with the Yautja. I just wish they tried a little harder.
Previous films have featured the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Adrian Brody.
I am a huge fan of the Predator film franchise and I can totally go for another one.
