Trump said during a forum on MSNBC that he would make upholding the Heller decision a litmus test for Supreme Court nominees.

Rubio, trying to rebound in SC after a disappointing fifth-place finish in the New Hampshire primary, again accused Cruz of dishonesty about the Florida senator’s position on amnesty for illegal immigrats.
