Police still on Vegas Strip after fatal shooting
Las Vegas police are investigating a shooting that left at least two people dead, CBS affiliate KLAS reports.
The fight was reported about 1:20 a.m. today at the garage of the mall at Planet Hollywood in the 3600 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South, police said.
Police said they were able to confirm the vehicle was connected to the fight at the Miracle Mile Shops garage through surveillance video. A second woman was found in the street at the scene of the shooting and died hours later.
Police apparently have video of the fight and confirmed the vehicle that drove into the Cosmopolitan was involved.

The shots were fired from one auto into another after an argument at the Miracle Mile shops. Police spokesman Jesse Roybal said no arrests have been made in that case, but police are looking for three women and a man.
The Clark County Coroner’s office said the two dead have not been positively identified.
The hotel-casino said in a statement that Las Vegas police were helping deal with the aftermath.
A woman driving a auto near the hotel died behind the wheel, another victim died at University Medical Center.
The early Friday shooting came just days after a similar shooting nearby on Tropicana Avenue that injured two people. The Cosmopolitan released a statement Friday saying the safety of its guests is its first priority.
Lt. Dan McGrath with Las Vegas Metro police confirmed a total of three people had been shot.
