Calvin Harris gushes over ‘beautiful girlfriend’ Taylor Swift
On February 11, it became obvious that the Kanye-Taylor feud would quickly be reignited after West debuted his new song, “Famous“, during his Yeezy Season 3 launch at Madison Square Garden.
Without uttering Kanye’s name, Swift left no doubt who she was referring to, and social media was quick to respond.
She managed to fit together snippets of 10 of his iconic songs, including “Space Oddity” and “Heroes”, into a psychedelic sing-along as she danced all over the stage.
Swift, 26, noted in her acceptance speech she was the first woman to win Album of the Year twice and urged fellow young women to stay focused and be proud of their accomplishments.
In that song, Kanye West slammed Taylor Swift with what have since been called misogynistic lyrics, rapping “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/Why?”
No matter what you make of Trainor’s brand of empowering bubblegum pop, you’d have to be made of steel for not falling for her extremely emotional speech in accepting her first Grammy for best new artist. “I made that b***h famous“.
After winning rap album of the year for “To Pimp a Butterfly”, he was gracious and respectful of all the great rappers to come before him.
