Taylor used her Album of the Year acceptance speech to smack down Kanye West’s claim on one of his new songs that he made her famous. Her acceptance speech thanking fans and collaborators included a sharp swipe at fellow artist Kanye West. Ben Tracy reports on how those comments took on a life of its own.

She won three awards Monday, including album of the Year and Best Pop Album for 1989 and Best Music Video for Bad Blood.
“We wrote it on a couch in my house”, he said of his hit song he wrote with Amy Wadge, which also won him best pop solo performance.
Record of the Year went to “Uptown Funk”, the retro party anthem by Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars that spent a near-historic 14 weeks on top of the US Billboard chart.
Skrillex and Diplo won two awards – one is “Best Dance/Electronic Album” for “Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü”, and the other is “Best Dance Recording” for “Where Are Ü Now” with Justin Bieber.
