Nine trains cancelled due to Jat agitation
The agitation by the Jat community over reservation has severely affected railway services as 700 trains of Northern Railways have been cancelled so far.

The minister told Badal that various airlines like Spice Jet, Air India, Jet Airways and Indigo were operating additional flights from Delhi to Chandigarh, Amritsar, Jaipur and Jammu. The Jat protesters have blocked the Shimla highway near Panchkula, the National Highway 1 and the Bahadurgarh road between Delhi and Haryana.
Six more people have died in today’s violence, taking the number of deaths to 10. Normal life has been disrupted and crippled in various districts in Haryana, including Rohtak, Jind, Hisar, Bhiwani, Jhajjar, Sonipat.
