Terrorist, who beheaded Hemraj in 2013, gunned down by Indian Army
The killed terrorist is the one who, in conspiracy with Pakistani rangers, had shot dead two Indian soldiers, Hemraj and Sudhakar Singh, during the cross-border encounter, and beheading both of them, he had taken their cut heads to Pakistan.
