Watch out for six different linguistic versions of ‘Jabra Fan’

The song in question, titled Jabra fan, was launched by SRK at his alma mater Hansraj College in Delhi last week in its original Hindi version.

Yes, the makers have decided to make the anthem loved by all and for all and thus have released it in Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Punjabi, Gujarati and Bhojpuri.

The different versions of the song have been sung and written by singers and lyricist of that particular region. Not surprisingly, he has dedicated this version of his anthem to Rajinikanth. But the creative and innovative thought behind the six regional anthems also captures the pan Indian craze that cinema icons drive in our country. But then, Maneesh came up with this ides of a quirky, peppy track which will encompass every fan’s feelings and emotions.

Anupam Roy has sung the Bengali number Byapok fan, while Manoj Tiwari has recorded Jabardast fan in Bhojpuri.

The “Fan” anthem in Marathi is sung by Avdhoot Gupte; “Ram Leela” and “Bigg Boss Nau” famed Arvind Vegda lent his voice for the Gujrati version and “Dilwale” famed Nakash Aziz sang in Tamil. Nakash Aziz has also sung Takkara fan in Tamil.

The awards show recently announced that Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with the ‘Badlapur’ star Varun Dhawan and Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez would be the star performers at the show this year!

Khan initially declined the offer, following which Aditya Chopra approached Saif Ali Khan with the script. Surprisingly, Saif was not too comfortable with the role and declined the offer.
