Most GOP caucus-goers in Nevada angry with government
Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are trailing Trump among GOP registered voters and independents who lean Republican. Cruz also bests Rubio with 19% on average.
Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and Utah Senator Orrin Hatch backed Mr Rubio on Monday, with South Florida’s three Cuban-American members of Congress also switching their support to him after previously backing Jeb Bush, who dropped out over the weekend.
“There are not enough votes out there to be number one so GOP candidates are trying for number two”, said O’Connell.
