Academy Awards may be hooked on ‘Oscar bait’
Other than that I’ll predict “The Revenant” has a big night, taking Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actor for Leonardo DiCaprio, although it wouldn’t surprise me if he didn’t get it, as there’s just some actors they seem to pass over and he’s one of them.

His character Rocky is one of the most beloved in movie history, and while I nearly always find the Rocky films so-so, I can’t wait to see them because of Stallone.
African-American actor and director Don Cheadle, who was nominated in 2005 in the best actor category for his performance in Hotel Rwanda, joked with Rock that he was attending the evening as a valet.
Should Have Been Nominated: Alicia Vikander (Ex Machina). But between the incredible films that were snubbed and the great ones still vying for a coveted gold statue, it’s certainly been a wonderful year of movies.
