President Bill Clinton To Visit Aiken For Hillary’s Campaign

President Bill Clinton will be in Oklahoma again this Saturday, Feb. 27 to hold “Get Out the Vote” events in central Oklahoma and Tulsa.

Earlier Wednesday, the former president will appear at a rally for his wife in Alexandria. Bernie Sanders in the South Carolina Democratic primary.

Clinton will tour the Golden Strip Career Center in Mauldin at 2 p.m., according to the campaign.

Clinton thanked supporters of Hillary Clinton for getting petitions filled out to get her on the ballot in Virginia and thanked Congressman Gerry Connolly and Congressman Don Beyer, who both spoke before he arrived, for their support.

Former Gov. Jim Hodges of Lancaster, the state’s last Democratic governor, told the crowd before Clinto’s speech that Clinton’s rival, U.S. Sen. “I can’t wait until November to be able to say ‘sister president, ‘ ” Jones said.

Delivering Virginia for the former Secretary of State will be a key test for the long time Clinton ally and personal friend. “She wants to run to make America whole again”, said Bill Clinton.

“In a recent Christopher Newport University poll, “liar” was the number one word used to describe Clinton, followed closely by ‘untrustworthy.’ Meanwhile, crowds for Bernie Sanders continue to grow”.

“I came to T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria the day after the Columbine shooting because I knew there were kids all over America terrified and I wanted them to see their president talking to children about this”, he said.

“She’ll make you proud if you make her proud on Super Tuesday”.
