The film, which released on February 19, has already been declared tax-free in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Sonam Kapoor’s latest release ‘Neerja, ‘ has a new fan.
The biopic revolves around Neerja Bhanot, a flight attendant for Pan Am, based in Mumbai, who was shot and killed while saving passengers from terrorists on board a hijacked “Pan Am Flight 73” on September 5, 1986.
Sonam who is being heaped with praises for bringing the 23-year-old braveheart Neerja to life on screen was glad that Malala liked the movie. Sonam Kapoor has defeating that sharpening her activity is more important to her.Bollywood heroine Sonam Kapoor also added that she does not have a problem which languages she will be going to work.Sonam Kapoor will continue her talent and skills for a long time. The film performed well both critically and commercially.
“Aneesh and Akhil saying that they could not differentiate between Neerja and me, for me that was something…” I’ve done Tarang, I’ve done a phone ad, lawn clothes. The actress shared a picture of the Pakistani activist at the special screening standing before the posters of the film on social media. The caption reads: “Malala said “I am stronger than fear” and for #Neerja “fear gave her courage!”
Ask her how does it feel now that the movie has done well, and she admits, “I am actually happy with the response”. I started crying. I felt ‘what else do I need?’. I’m very, very disheartened because there’s nothing in the film that depicts Pakistan in a bad light.
