After the release of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge+ people were surprised because they were expecting it later in the year, but with the extra-sized 5.5-inch screen on the S7 edge, perhaps it’s not even needed.

The S7 Edge will have a slight bigger, curved screen at 5.5 inches, while the S7 remains the Samsung-standard 5.1 inches. Samsung also rewarding those who pre-ordered before March 5 with a special delivery on March 8. The Galaxy S6 Edge had a flat back, but the new S7 Edge is rounded on front and back. That said, a white Galaxy S7 Edge was shown off on stage during the announcement. We don’t know why the South Korean manufacturer did not implement it in the Samsung Galaxy S7 nor the Galxy S7 Edge.

In the cost department, the $800 Galaxy S7 is more expensive that the $760 iPhone 6s, but the latter’s price can run up to $849 with added storage. This is the likely reason for the feature, since adoptable storage allows the user to format and use the microSD card as an expanded internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy S7 price is predicted to witness a significant decline of around 28 percent in just six months after its launch in the country. It’s also worth mentioning that the new Samsung smartphones are due to be released worldwide on March 11th. The only problem with this particular feature is that the resulting photo is just 960×720 (the original image retains its high quality) so you should only use it if there’s a different shot that you just absolutely have to have. Moreover, the Samsung Galaxy S7 is both dust-resistant and water-resistant and is IP68 certified. The S7 Edge on Three can be purchased with a down payment of £49 and 24 payments of £47 monthly.

There are also no plans to bring the S7 officially into the country in the near future.

The result of a premium all metal design meant Samsung did away with the micro-SD slot to expand storage, and the phone no longer had a removable battery.
