Trump Says Projected Nevada Victory Shows Campaign ‘Winning’ Country
Trump received 46 percent of the vote while Rubio placed in second with 24 percent, followed by Cruz in third with 21 percent.
The Nevada caucuses, which were held late Tuesday night after the Dispatch’s deadline, forced a critical test on the Republican Party’s leading presidential candidates.
Political commentators note that the win reflects how Trump is managing to clinch every demographic of voter, including perhaps the Hispanic population, who are more dominant in Nevada than in Iowa and New Hampshire.
“We’re winning, winning, winning the country”, Trump said in his victory speech.

Rubio, appearing at a casino in Las Vegas early Tuesday morning, reminded backers to look up the locations of their caucus sites: “Make sure you know exactly where to go tonight – it’s that important”.
He has taken three of the first four Republican qualifying contests, building a momentum as he heads into the “Super Tuesday” contests on March 1st when Republican voters in a dozen states pick a nominee. Mr. Trump also reiterated the point that he could get away with murder with his supporters.
According to exit polls gathered by the Associated Press, 6 out 10 caucus voters said that they preferred a candidate that is not politically experienced. Trump won again, drawing further ahead in the delegate race.

Another disappointing finish in Nevada’s low-turnout caucuses would raise new questions about Cruz’s viability heading into a crucial batch of Super Tuesday states on March 1.
Caucuses wrapped up around midnight Eastern Time, and Donald Trump came out on top with his third win in a row, effectively solidifying his front-runner status. We won with poorly educated. Trump further predicted that he would inherit a lot of the votes of other candidates if they dropped out.

Romney also says he believes Trump has the clearest path to the Republican nomination and that there is “a slimmer and slimmer opening” for his rivals unless the field narrows.
