Lyon ends PSG 36-match unbeaten run
Pastore was quickly influential as PSG got back into the game in the 51st minute, the Argentine playmaker tearing into the Lyon box before flicking the ball into the path of Lucas, who beat Anthony Lopes with aplomb.
Laurent Blanc’s charges pushed for an equaliser but were unable to bypass the Lyon defence, as they were handed their first loss in Ligue 1 this campaign.

Alexandre Lacazette picked out 19-year-old Cornet, who displayed good footwork to cut inside Gregory van der Wiel, before curling confidently into the far corner to grab his third Ligue 1 goal.
It was a loss that marked their first reverse in Le Championnat since losing 3-2 against Bordeaux on March 15, 2015 – allowing them to build a run that surpassed Nantes’ previous record of 34 top-flight matches undefeated.
After Cornet’s opener, PSG could have been reduced to 10 men, as midfielder Thiago Motta escaped with a booking for raising his fist to the side of Jordan Ferri’s head.
Trapp won his personal battle with Ghezzal again in the final 10 minutes but Lyon were beginning to tire as PSG made one final push to maintain their unbeaten record, but Lyon held out.
In the absence of Di Maria PSG were toothless in attack for much of the game, with a woeful attempted chip from Zlatan Ibrahimovic typical of their display.
Lyon might have put the game beyond PSG but for Trapp’s full-stretch save foiling Cornet within two minutes of the restart.
PSG are still 23 points clear at the top of the French table and remain untouchable favourites to win their fourth consecutive title.
Lyon had already lost four times to PSG this season, including a 5-1 league thrashing at the Parc des Princes in December, but they are yet to lose at their new Parc OL home which they moved to in January.
Earlier, Croatia goalkeeper Danijel Subasic made several smart saves as second-place Monaco held on for a 0-0 draw away to Nantes.
Gazelec Ajaccio’s home game against Marseille was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
