Trump called lawyer ‘disgusting’ after she asked for court break to pump

The lawyer, whose break during a deposition to pump breast milk for her baby led Donald Trump to call her “disgusting” and storm out questioned his ability to serve as U.S. president.

“He had an absolute meltdown”, she said.

“What kind of leader would that be?” she asked on CNN’s “New Day”. His face got red.

“You’re disgusting”, Trump reportedly told the new mother when she took out a breast pump to highlight the issue’s urgency.

Trump’s lawyer Alan Garten said the comment was not in regards to Beck’s “decision to breast-feed or pump”.

During an interview on Wednesday, attorney Elizabeth Beck told that she was representing clients who were trying to get their condominium deposits back from Trump after a failed real estate venture in 2011.

The report also cited sworn testimony from Trump, as he was addressing home buyers who had to forfeit thousands in down payments on one of his buildings.

“Lawyer Elizabeth Beck did a bad job against me, she lost (I even got legal fees). Is he going to behave that way when he’s negotiating treaties with China or Russian Federation?” she said.

Garten said Beck started to assemble the pump in the deposition room and “started to move the breast pump toward her breast”.

The breast-pumping incident wasn’t the only time Trump insulted the attorney during the deposition.

“Do you even know what you’re doing?” he asked at one point. She said that Trump had decided at the last minute that he did not want a pre-planned lunch break, which was when she had planned to use the breast pump.

Trump’s “you’re disgusting” remark wasn’t being disputed by either side.

Trump told the Becks they should be congratulating their clients, who he said were “very lucky” and claimed they would have actually lost more money if the project had gone through following the 2008 financial crisis.

Facing questions about a decade-old rape accusation against Trump, one of his top aides and attorneys Michael Cohen told the Daily Beast that legally “you cannot rape your spouse”.
