Four Students Wounded In Shooting At Ohio High School

Two more students were hurt, but sheriff’s officials said it was unclear how. The incident is the tenth school shooting in the country this year.
James Austin Hancock was led into the room with ankle chains on. A gun and a full magazine were recovered from the student, who was taken in for questioning.
Madison Local Schools say both students riding buses and students who drove will be dismissed. Students were sent home early.
The boy threw the weapon down and was apprehended nearby with the help of a police dog.
Middletown, Ohio, is about 23 miles (37 km) southwest of Dayton and 38 miles north of Cincinnati. State records show enrollment of about 250 junior high and 500 high school students. Student drivers will also be dismissed.
