Yoenis Cespedes and Noah Syndergaard rode horses into Spring Training
Mets star Yoenis Cespedes knows how to make an entrance. Last week, the buzz was about expensive cars. After their ride, they allowed teammates Steven Matz and Kevin Plawecki to glide across the Mets’ Port St. Lucie spring training home.
After watching and reading about Cespedes’ rides (and some baseball) during the first few weeks of spring training, which one is your favorite thus far?
It’s been an interesting offseason for Cespedes, who was one of the last big-name hitters to sign with a team.
Cespedes has received criticism for his spring training custom vehicle show, some fans contending that he’s losing focus on the teask at hand – getting ready for the season. He must not be ready to go full cowboy yet. Yeah, well Cespedes seems like he’s on a mission to try to top himself each day with something even more peculiar. We’re still looking for pictures of him in a cowboy hat, but for now, the story will have to do. There is nothing wrong with that, but it’s nice to see a guy like Cespedes who is clearly having the time of his life.
