2 million votes yet to be counted in California primary

Kristen Clarke, president of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, said voters reported other nuisances and glitches Tuesday including delayed poll openings, broken ballot-counting machines and dysfunctional tools on the secretary of state’s website.
