‘Titanfall 2’ crash lands on October 28, complete with single-player story

The original game will have some significant upgrades, such as the single-player campaign mode.

EA is going to offer two different collector’s editions for players of TitanFall 2, we have one standard collector’s edition and one Uber collector’s edition. Most of the details were leaked this morning, but here’s an official description just in case you haven’t caught up.

Single-player takes you to The Frontier, where youe militia rifleman teams up with a veteran Titan pilot behind enemy lines to finish a mission. THere’ll be more customisation and a deep progression system. They were running rehearsal footage on YouTube, and only cut it out after a ton of Titanfall 2 news dropped. EA formally shows the first gameplay of the game in the Play event that will be held on June 12.

Watching the trailer, it’s very Call of Duty, not unsurprising considering Respawn who make the game are ex-CoD developers. John Madden, NFL and Federation Internationale de Football Association are the property of their respective owners and used with permission. Though publisher EA hasn’t announced those facts quite yet, they were plastered all over the company’s demo station screens. Titanfall 2 is the sequel to the studio’s debut title, Titanfall.
