The Walking Dead Season 3 revealed at E3

Now, Season 3 is just around the corner, and Telltale has given us our first glimpse into it, as well as some information. In addition, it has also been confirmed that players will play as both characters – Clem and Javier. For a start, who’s that guy with Clementine?

The developers did confirm the name of the man with Clementine, his name is Javier and his relationship with Clementine is still a bit of a mystery. However, the story from seasons one and two will be continued for players who have experienced those journeys.

Clementine! I’m so happy to see you again, but, wow… you’ve really grown!

In the brief clip, we don’t see much aside from a zombie feasting on a corpse moments before Clementine and a mysterious new playable character (named Javier) show up and take care of him.

While Telltale is still considering this latest game to be the third “season” of the series, they will apparently not be going with a subtitle similar to The Walking Dead: Season Two. For instance, Clementine is missing a finger now, showing that she hasn’t survived the last couple years completely unscathed.

The first episode in The Walking Dead Season 3 will be released for the PC, consoles, and mobile devices this Fall.
