Amber Heard Calls Cops … Johnny’s Raiding Our House!
In Touch has exclusively learned that authorities were contacted regarding Johnny Depp, after his people showed up at his estranged wife Amber Heard‘s house to pick up his personal items – which goes against the temporary restraining order in place.
Apparently Heard added in the documents that the court could have ordered Depp to pay her around $1 million in temporary support per month, due to his 2015 salary of nearly $30 million.
Last month, Amber allegedly rejected a $50k deal that included a joint restraining order on both sides.
When Heard first filed for divorce in May, her request for $40k a month of spousal support was swiftly turned down.
In the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, the blonde beauty stated her request for temporary spousal support is being used “to distract and divert the public away from the very real issue of domestic violence”.
He had sent members of his team to retrieve furniture from the home as well as taking things down off of the walls.
The terms of Amber’s temporary restraining order permit a “move out order”, which allows Johnny to take essentials from the home to get him through the week until their hearing on June 17.
Depp’s most recent film, “Alice Through the Looking Glass” was a critical and commercial bomb.
But sources say that in an effort to avoid being incriminating himself in a way that could lead to being prosecuted for criminal charges, Depp will plead the fifth. It’s about loving and supporting each person by saying, give them their privacy let them work it out.
Heard, 30, isn’t giving up entirely on the prospect of receiving some form of spousal support from the 53-year-old “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor.
Amber filed for divorce from Johnny on May 23 after just 15 months of marriage and requested the financial support.
It is unclear whether Heard was at home when the alleged raid took place, but Depp is now lying low in the Bahamas as their divorce battle continues.
