Woman runs over boyfriend after learning he is HIV positive

A grand jury indicted Misty Lee Wilke on four felony charges. In the video, Wilke’s boyfriend can be seen on a bicycle.

Court documents said the man on the bike was a boyfriend and she had recently discovered he had HIV.

As reported by ABC 15, Misty used her auto as a lethal weapon when she stepped on the gas upon seeing her boyfriend on his bike.

It’s not known whether the man had HIV the entire course of their relationship – but it sounds like there was some sort of infidelity involved here. The cyclist goes flying over the top of the vehicle, which drives off. The incident happened near 13th Street and Hatcher Road. And it sounds like she’s not exactly the criminal mastermind, here.

A furious woman has been caught on camera appearing to ram down her boyfriend after he told her he was HIV positive.

That’s when she jumped in her auto and drove away, she stated.

Surveillance video record on April 29 shows a Ford Mustang slam into the cyclist, sending him head over heels into the air.

The man, who was not identified, suffered head trauma and a broken vetebrae, according to the smoking gun website.

According to ABC15, Wilke called the police about thirty minutes after the incident and said that her boyfriend was laughing after disclosing he has HIV.
