La Junta convenience store sells winning Powerball ticket

A Franklin resident matched four numbers plus the Powerball in the Saturday, June 11 Powerball drawing.

The winning numbers from the National Lottery UK draw on Wednesday June 15th were 2, 14, 19, 20, 29, 38 and the bonus ball was 27.

Will it be another fortune lost or will a person step forward and claim a $1 million Powerball jackpot?

The winning numbers drawn on January 9 were: 16 – 19 – 32 – 34 – 57, and Powerball number 13. It has now grown to $169 million with a cash option of $114.2 million.

Another $1 million ticket in Wednesday’s drawing was sold in Colorado.

Remarkably, there were 20 wins division two winners who collected more than $11,000 for having the six winning numbers – and all of them came from WA. That individual also played the Power Play, which increases the winnings to $2 million.
