It’s a baby girl for Eddie Redmayne and wife Hannah

Just in time for Father’s Day, Eddie Redmayne is now a proud papa! The British actor and wife Hannah Bagshawe have confirmed the birth of their first child, a daughter.

Eddie Redmayne has become a dad after his wife Hannah Bagshawe gave birth to a baby girl. They’re parents to a lovely baby GIRL!

The couple are yet to share any photos of the new arrival but we bet little Iris is adorable! Their daughter is called Iris Mary Redmayne. What a lovely name! The “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” star and the public relations executive stuck to fairly common monikers.

He continued, “We have this sort of dream of like wooden toys, and all that, and everyone’s like, ‘Yeah you always start off like that, but you end up with like iPhones!'” Redmayne revealed in March that he and his wife didn’t want to know their baby’s gender in advance.

He said: “It’s our first child, so obviously there’s a mixture of emotions”.

She and her classmates had scheduled a fashion show for charity, and Eddie volunteered to walk the runway – topless.

The talented Brit was this year tipped for more Oscar glory for his transgender role in The Danish Girl, but was pipped to victory by Leonardo DiCaprio for his role in The Revenant.

Eddie and Hannah started dating in 2012 after previously being friends since their school days.
