LeBron’s 11-year-old son has offers from Kentucky, Duke?
Lebron James Jr., is proving that his name holds weight, too.
What about 11-year-old LeBron James Jr.? Though only 11 years old, he has reportedly receiving scholarship offers from some of the best college basketball programs in the country. Bronny found his love for basketball at an early age after seeing his star dad become a legend on the court.
Next up _ UCLA, which has signed a $280 million deal with Under Armour, extends a scholarship offer to 3-year-old Riley Curry, daughter of Stephen Curry.
When James returned to Miami to play in the NBA’s marquee Christmas Day match-up during the 2014-15 season, Riley sat in his chair and did not applaud during the Heat’s tribute video to James. James was unanimously voted as the finals MVP and brought the city of Cleveland its first professional championship in 52 years.
“Yeah, he’s already got some offers from colleges”, James told CBS in Detroit in February of past year.
The young prodigy is being monitored by family as much as he’s being monitored by college recruiters. Just a year ago, he told CBS, “It’s pretty insane. That’s all he needs to worry about”.
Lil’ (Well.not so little) LeBron still has some time before he has to make a decision.
