“When he did engage it was half-hearted and in the end Labour Party members and voters didn’t know where the leader really stood on this crucial issue”. “We need to start an open and honest debate”.
The first to go was Heidi Alexander resigned telling Mr Corbyn in a letter: “I do not believe you have the capacity to shape the answers our country is demanding”.
She says Britain needs an “effective opposition” at a time of unprecedented challenges.
Benn, who was sacked by Corbyn in the early hours of Sunday, 26 June, also said that the Labour leader should stand down.
Mr Mann, one of Mr Corbyn’s fiercest critics in the party, acknowledged he would carry on as leader but said he had to “get out there talking to these voters, which he hasn’t been doing”.
Speaking during a scheduled visit to Cleethorpes with the PM, Mr Fallon said: “The Prime Minister goes on, the Government goes on until the autumn, until there’s a new leader and a new government”.
She told BBC Sunday that she would ask the Scottish Parliament not to give “legislative consent” to removing Britain from the EU.
Mr Ayrault said that in order for the United Kingdom to proceed with its exit, “they must designate a new prime minister, which would certainly require several days”. Orban spoke at a swearing-in ceremony of new graduates of the National University of Public Service.

Shadow worldwide development secretary Diane Abbott – another of Mr Corbyn’s allies – angrily accused the rebels of plotting their move for months.
Benn echoed that, saying that there were people who had backed Corbyn a year ago who are now saying that it wasn’t working. “The summit on Tuesday is the right moment for this”.
With the financial consequences of Brexit causing increasing concern, influential credit rating agency Moody’s downgraded the UK’s outlook to “negative”, warning it was facing “a prolonged period of uncertainty” with implications for the country’s medium-term growth.
The relationship between Benn and Corbyn has been particularly fraught since they took different positions on the vote to attack ISIS in Syria last December, although the two had previous on foreign policy differences: it is understood that Benn played a major role in convincing Corbyn to back a Remain vote in the European Union referendum.
Mr Corbyn later said he had been appalled by Mr Benn’s speech.
In Brussels, he will meet the 28-nation bloc’s foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.
Britain voted to leave the European Union after a bitterly divisive referendum campaign.
Cardiff Central Labour MP Jo Stevens says she has “no truck” with talk of a Labour leadership challenge to Jeremy Corbyn.
The resignation of Edinburgh South MP could prove to be the tipping point at which Corbyn’s continued leadership of the parliamentary Labour Party is unsustainable.
The source added: “If this coup succeeds then you would have the ludicrous and highly-damaging situation where someone installed by a small coterie of MPs would be fighting Jeremy to sit on the front bench, claiming to represent Labour – while Jeremy remains the leader in the eyes of the wider party throughout the country”.
