IPhone 7 to Ship With New ‘Space Black’ Colour Variant
Reports have surfaced that suggest Apple will unveil a new, Batman-style, Space Black iPhone.
Apple already has a “Space Black” Apple Watch color that sports a significantly darker shade than the Space Gray iPhone, although not exactly jet black.
There have been prior rumors that Apple might do away with the MacBook Air series and instead concentrate on the MacBook Pro. The move would also make sense from a design perspective, seeing as both the existing Watch and Apple’s current iPhone offer remarkable resistance to water immersion, despite not touting that feature publicly. Check out all the images below, but keep in mind that these are fan-made representations, based on rumors and reports, not official information by Apple.
While the next Apple event won’t be until sometime in September, this is what we’ve got to work with. While the white and black color option for iPhone 3G were launched back in 2013, the Gold color option was added much later.
Other rumours are suggesting the firm’s latest flagship will feature an upgraded screen, processor and improved battery life.
It looks like Apple will sell the iPhone 7 in a new color when it arrives later this year. However, analysts have been stating that this year, the smartphone lineup is going to have very little design changes compared to the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6 lineups. It must be noted that the source, despite being near the Apple HQ as per the IP address it had, has essentially no track record of the sort when it comes to leaks, especially regarding the new iPhone.
As we’ve mentioned, the iPhone for 2017 is unpredictable because of it being a big anniversary year for Apple. Let us know by voting on our poll below.
The same source also claimed that the home button will still appear as a physical button on the iPhone 7, but it will feature haptic feedback to simulate the feel of a real click.
