National Weather Service calls for scattered storms
It will be mostly clear Monday night with a low dropping to 67. The caution was issued for the whole state but the risk is highest in eastern MA.
El Paso and Pueblo counties are part of a National Weather Service Hazardous Weather Outlook indicating that “isolated to scattered thunderstorms will develop over the mountains around noon and spread into the southeast plains through the late afternoon and evening”.
The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma, has issued a severe thunderstorm watch until 9 p.m. for Logan County.

A slow- moving surface cold front and stronger mid-level trough will move into the North Country for Tuesday, with the potential for more widespread shower and thunderstorm activity, NWS says. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 71.
After a low overnight Tuesday into Wednesday around 55, Wednesday should be sunny, with a high near 78 and calm wind becoming west winds around 5 miles per hour in the morning. Mostly cloudy with a high near 92. Partly cloudy skies will carry over into Thursday night, with a low around 61. A flood advisory remains in effect until 6:30 p.m., and severe thunderstorm watch will continue until 10 p.m. Wednesday night, there is a 40 percent chance of storms and a 50 percent chance again Thursday and Friday.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, high near 85.
