Man charged over threats that postponed The Bandy Perry show

On Tuesday morning, Delaware Online reported that one of the two men, Dmitry N. Papou turned himself in to the authorities after photos of him and the other man were shown on local media. He was charged with felony terroristic threatening and released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
Police say the men made the statements before a Sunday night concert in Sussex County. “Since this is an active ongoing investigation, we are not at liberty to share the details”. Patrons who had bought tickets for the July 3 show can get refunds if they are unable to make it to the next show.
A United States band have cancelled a performance just minutes before they were set to take to the stage after it was revealed threats against the venue were made by two unknown men. Event staff announced the abrupt change roughly 15 minutes before singer-songwriter opener Melissa Alesi was scheduled to perform.
The Band Perry postponed a DE concert over the holiday weekend.
Police are seeking public assistance as to the whereabouts of the two men.
Following the threats members of The Band Perry issued a statement that they were canceling the show and posted a message on their official Twitter account. “We apologize that this decision could not be made sooner”.
