Agents Of SHIELD season 3: Andrew Howard recruited as new Agent
“Agents of SHIELD” adds another agent as Andrew Howard lands a major role in the series.
Howard’s character will challenge Director Coulson in his search to find and protect powered people.
Howard has guest starred on a number of TV dramas including “Bates Motel“, “Hell on Wheels” and the miniseries “Hatfields & McCoys“. He will play Banks, which Deadline briefly described as “authoritative and intimidating agent”.
Thankfully, the recently concluded San Diego Comic-Con shared several spoilers that hinted on what is in store for Phil Coulson and his team of “S.H.I.E.L.D” agents. To help fans remember some of the big plot points in Season 2 of Agents of SHIELD, Marvel Studios released a 4-minute 8-second video. He could also bring tension in the formation of the Secret Warriors to be led by Chloe Bennet’s Daisy Johnson.
The second season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. grew the show creatively, following up on the revelation that Hydra has been part of S.H.I.E.L.D. for decades, along with the introduction of new characters and the discovery of Skye’s true identity. As promised, Bennet uploaded a selfie of her new hairstyle on her Instagram account on Monday along with the caption: “Season 3, here we come”.
Bennet’s cut isn’t as rigid or as short as Quake’s in the comics but this decision was intentional so that the actress can still convey movement and personality with her locks.
“The comic book version of Daisy Johnson has very short, Miley Cyrus-esque hair”.
“I’m in love with it”, Bennet said.
