Eid Mubarak: PM Modi Greets Nation And Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif
Informally speaking to senior journalists at Lahore Airport upon his return from London after open heart surgery, PM Nawaz said, “I am completely fit and back with new enthusiasm”.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said PML-N will continue to support the people of Kashmir struggling for their alienable right to self determination in accordance with the UNSC resolutions.
“Prime Minister will Insha’ Allah be arriving tomorrow evening”.
Prime Minister Modi also wished his Pakistani counterpart speedy recovery after the cardiac surgery.
The Prime Minister chose to return home after his doctors allowed him to travel back home due to substantial improvement in his health condition.
Later, Maryam Nawaz Sharif on her Twitter handle shared the moments of the prime minister’s arrival at his residence in Raiwind.
The prime minister moved to London on May 22 and underwent an open heart surgery on May 31.
The statement further explained that since there were not enough seats available on a regular PIA flight to accommodate the entire camp, “a dedicated aircraft” is being sent, reports the Express Tribune.
The high cost of Sharif’s return has drawn criticism from the opposition parties as well as the media.
But the opposition has demanded his resignation after the leaked papers claimed his children owned London property through an offshore company.
