Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.

Weather Team 18 predicts the ample amount of heat and high humidity at the surface will act as fuel for thunderstorm development throughout the afternoon and evening.
