Derek Jeter marries Sports Illustrated model Hannah Davis

Last month (Jun16), reports suggested the couple would tie the knot over America’s Independence Day weekend (02-04Jul16), but it seems the newlyweds made a decision to wait a week. The two were Wednesday Saturday in Napa, California, according to the New York Post, in a small ceremony of less than 100 guests – only three of which were Jeter’s former Yankees teammates. The gown is covered in layers of tulle and hand appliqued Chantilly lace, the brand disclosed in a press release.

Baseball super stud Derek Jeter has dated Scarlett Johansson, Adriana Lima, Jessica Alba, and many more rich, famous stunners, but his friends swear Hannah Davis is the only one who has staying power.

Davis’ bridesmaids wore flowing lavender gowns for the picturesque event while Jeter’s groomsman wore classic black tuxes. Davis is a model and graced the cover of Sports Illustrated for its swimsuit issue.

At their early evening ceremony – that reportedly lasted a short and sweet 20 minutes – Davis carried a bouquet of lush white blooms down the aisle.

Davis and Jeter have been dating for over three years, but started appearing together at red carpet events last summer.

For the ceremony, the 26-year-old donned a mermaid style gown that featured sweetheart neckline, tulle halter high neck, and sexy plunging back.

The marriage will be the first for both the bride and groom.

Jeter and Davis are already a family of 3!

Derek and Hannah are parents already!

E! News reports that Derek had never owned a pet before but Hannah’s family had had Mastiffs growing up.

“I feel like I have to share every other part of my life”, Hannah told Maxim magazine in March (16).
