Smooth dancehall sounds and romantic vibes permeate on Justin Bieber’s new collaboration with Major Lazer.

Diplo says Justin Bieber “killed it” on their new song “Cold Water”.

Cold Water features an all-star line-up, with Justin joined by Lean On singer MØ.

Bieber took it upon himself to tease the song by tweeting out a sample clip for everyone to hear.

This marks the second time that Sheeran has worked with Bieber, the first time being “Love Yourself“. The newest track from the group, which is composed of Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire, is part of their upcoming album called Music Is the Weapon. He said Rhianna’s Work and Drake’s One Dance are tracks that are pushing the commercial limits. His recent “Purpose” concert tour was dubbed “the apology tour” featuring stripped-down singing and a more humble, believable Bieber. Guests on the record include Ariel Pink and Weyes Blood, the latter of whom appears on new single “Suddenly”.

On paper, “Cold Water” should be the biggest tune of the summer. “If you feel you’re sinking / I will jump right over / Into cold, cold water for you”. It’s looking like this will be another hit to add to the Major Lazer catalog.
