FBI joins search for college student whose bicycle was found
She was last seen wearing shorts and a yellow tank top.
Fulton County Sheriff Roy Miller said after his office received the report, Joughin’s bike was found just after midnight in a cornfield along Fulton County Road 6, north of County Road T.
