Justin Bieber turned down $5 million to perform during RNC
One of the most popular celebrity having millions of twitter followers was warned by the officials not to post pictures of wild animals.
Jonas, however, wouldn’t have been able to play the event because of a pre-scheduled appearance at a Roc Nation event in NY, according to TMZ.
MailOnline has contacted a representative for Justin and is awaiting comment.
However, Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun and his agents at CAA reportedly thought that despite the assurances from the promoter, the event was definitely political, and that the GOP donors were “using” Bieber.
It’s worth imagining what the word would have been like had Bieber performed for the group, especially after Third Eye Blind trolled Republican concert-goers during a concert in Cleveland during the convention. However, the donors who would pay the singer’s talent fee specified he could only place banners that state “All Lives Matter”, and Bieber could not say anything negative about Trump or the party. As we reported… Justin’s people were told they could not display “Black Lives Matter” banners if he performed, but “All Lives Matter” signage was okay.
It has been claimed that National Basketball Association star James’ attendance in Cleveland was used to persuade Justin, but when the pop star’s team reached out to the sportsman’s it was revealed he wasn’t going.
Meanwhile, Justin’s success shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon, after he was nominated for the Video Of The Year gong MTV Video Music Award, alongside Kanye West, Drake, Beyonce and Adele.
The former Jonas Bro is now on tour with pal Demi Lovato, an outspoken Hillary advocate who made a passionate speech in support of the Democratic presidential nominee during this week’s convention in Philadelphia.
