Will Smith Calls Playing A Villain ‘Liberating’

At least it wasn’t a post-credits scene where you have to wait until the very, very end of the credits.

The movie dragged on a lot and then in contradiction, would gloss over things that could have been explained more.

For the most part the film does well with its characters.

Fans will finally have their chance to see if the critics were spot-on about Suicide Squad beginning Friday, when the film opens nationwide. She’s great in this movie. They had spikes on them, and I’d always stab myself.

Aside from that disappointment, Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn is the real star here and truly brings the entire film to life.

The actor told Digital Spy that his villain’s appearance in the film, which is out today, should be treated as an “introduction” to the character. It goes between the main characters’ pasts and flicks back to the present effortlessly. It quotes one executive as saying: “They think this is not a good film to release in China”.

This is very unfortunate and a huge wasted opportunity.

There are some flashbacks and character building segments, but once the action begins, it really never slows down. People love Heath Ledger’s broken Joker, whose background dictated why he became the way he was.
