Christopher Biggins removed from CBB house over ‘offensive’ comments
In a conversation with Renee, they called on bisexual people to “pick a team”.
Christopher Biggins has been removed from the Celebrity Big Brother house after he made comments “capable of causing great offence”.
A spokesperson for Channel 5 told Digital Spy: “Big Brother has taken the decision to remove Christopher Biggins from the Celebrity Big Brother house”.
The 67-year-old entertainer was the first person to enter the house during the programme’s launch show and was the first contestant to leave, hours before Grant Bovey was officially evicted by the public.
Celebrity Big Brother bosses removed Biggins from the house after he caused “widespread offense” with a string of controversial remarks.
In regards to what Biggins said and to whom the channel said it would provide “no further comment”.
Christopher Biggins wouldn’t intentionally cause offence his agent has said after Channel 5 confirmed earlier this evening that he has been removed from the house.
Biggins then went on to claim bisexual people are the “worst type”, telling the pair: “I think the worst type though is, I’m afraid to say, the bisexuals. What it is is people not wanting to admit they’re gay”.
Two of the housemates have received official warnings from Big Brother over their behaviour in the first week. O’Day spat in Bear’s sandwich, while Bear threw a mug against a wall after having a row with rapper Heavy D.

But despite this, the previous victor of I’m A Celebrity.Get Me Out Of Here was a favourite to win the show.
