‘Big Brother’ 18 Episode 23 Recap: Hide And Go Veto
With the help of James’ care package, which included the power to eliminate two houseguests’ votes during the eviction, the foursome ensured Zakiyah’s elimination.
Tonight, the game comes to an end for either Michelle or Zakiyah as the house votes to evict one of the two nominated houseguests.
According to Big Brother Network, with Zakiyah gone, James, Paul, Natalie, Bridgette and Michelle planned on targeting Paulie. Ultimately, Victor has a perfectly good reasoning for putting him: Paulie sent him home!
The next episode of Big Brother will air Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
People seem to like Corey OK, so if he can somehow survive the rest of the summer, he could be in a position to win.
Wednesday’s episode opens with Michelle and Zakiyah reacting to the nomination ceremony as some of the other houseguests try to console them. Paulie tells Bridgette that the person he trusts most is Corey, not Paul. I am curious to see if they have what it takes to be the next Bomb Squad from season 16.
Once Zakiyah leaves the house, host Julie Chen reveals Zakiyah has a one way ticket out of the game, meaning she’s headed to the jury house. If Paulie gets taken off the block this week, Corey makes a perfectly suitable eviction replacement. Paulie claims that he was not targeting them in any way. James was trying to be honest and didn’t want to blindside him.
Online Big Brother reports that Michelle laughed at Corey and Paulie during the nomination ceremony. Victor fretted that Zakiyah might use her feminine wiles to trick Paulie into keeping her in the game.
Find out the Week 7 results on Big Brother last night below in our Big Brother 2016 spoilers! He actually is giving Paulie and Corey that opportunity.
“This will be a hard week, but it’s all part of the game”.
Around 10:20 PM BBT last night, Paul went after Victor hardcore in the bathroom that now is the time to make a big move against Paulie and Corey. He tried to explain that she was a threat to their safety. He declined to use the power of veto. Not to mention that she was a number for him. The competition was about numbers and they houseguests had to answer questions about statistics of the Big Brother game. Paulie sits in deep thought in the kitchen for a few minutes.
Victor had already promised Nicole that she was not his target but had told her he couldn’t promise she wouldn’t be nominated.
James wins the power to veto two of his fellow players’ votes for this eviction. Her main target was to expose how Paulie has been controlling this game by having everyone else do his bidding and getting those ruining his game get evicted.
If Nicole, Natalie or Michelle doesn’t win this next HOH then you can expect any combination of these ladies to be put on the block. Nicole adds that it isn’t a dumb move to get rid of Paulie now. Let’s hope our Michigander receives it so she can not be nominated or be a potential backdoor nomination. Yet Zakiyah eventually realized she shouldn’t get her hopes up for Paulie to use the power of veto.
I love that the house is passive aggressive against Paulie right now.
