New Legend of Zelda footage tours the Temple of Time
In Breath of the Wild, the day/night cycle has a direct impact on the gameplay.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is one of the most anticipated games for Nintendo fans right now, and details are finally trickling in more and more about this title.
Within those environments, players on the show floor could visit not only the Hyrule Field but also some locations from Zelda lore, including the Temple of Time. Breath of the Wild promises to be the most handsome The Legend of Zelda has ever looked, and this Temple of Time clip sure lives up to it.
The latest footage of Breath of the Wild also demonstrates how it isn’t just the overall landscape of the game’s world that feels larger. Who knows. Until then, ogle the video and patiently wait until March when Breath of the Wild is scheduled to release. The Temple of Time feels bigger and more vast than it ever has in previous iterations, a suitable aesthetic given Nintendo’s decision to use Xenoblade: Chronicles devs for Breath of the Wild to make the open-world something truly special.
Some Legends of Zelda images, like those of Link, the Master Sword, and Hylian Shield, have been with the series since its days in 2D.
Reports are coming in saying that only 300 people will be able to play Zelda: Breath of the Wild at EB Expo this year.
