Steep Hits The Slopes With An Exhilarating New Trailer For Gamescom 2016

Though we don’t know much about the game since it’s not out until this winter, if nothing else Steep is looking to be a very pretty game.

Gamescom 2016 brings us a brand new trailer.

Ubisoft’s extreme sports game will be launching on December 2nd, the publisher revealed today. For the ultimate Steep experience, players can purchase the Gold Edition. Set in the Alps, the game lets players take part in a number of action sports, including skiing, wingsuiting, snowboarding, and paragliding.

Steep will be available in standard and Gold editions.

It was also revealed that the Season Pass, available with the Gold Edition, will feature access to expansions and other DLC including new outfits, equipment and a new costume. These sports establish a never seen before freedom to explore the game’s open world, allowing players to choose the way they ride and play. Riders can traverse the Alps solo or drop in side-by-side with friends to record and share the most insane tricks ever captured. You can play Steep by yourself or with friends, either cooperatively or competitively through skills challenges and more.

A free post-launch update will add the slopes of Alaska. There’s no real new news from this video, though it does include some linkage to register for the title’s beta.
