In a Surprise, Apple Releases iOS 10 Beta 7 to Registered Developers
While it’s going to be hard to see the end result during the beta because third-party developers haven’t released iOS 10 apps yet, it could have a big impact on the way you use your iPhone.
MacRumors reported that iOS 10 beta 6 contains several bug fixes for the previous release, including an appropriate response from Siri when a user asks the digital assistant to remove an app. Messages Store now offers the search hint functionality.
It has only been a week since Apple released iOS 10 beta 5, which is now available to public beta testers.
We believe that this might just be the last Beta builds Apple will seed for its upcoming iOS 10 mobile operating system before the official launch in the first week of September, when the Cupertino company will also announce new, long-anticipated products. In the same manner, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s also performed better in the iOS 9.3.4, according to the news report.
It is highly unrecommended to run this beta on your daily driver. Forget the normal cycle of betas being released every couple weeks on a Tuesday, because this Friday afternoon there’s a brand new beta to go download. Head over to the Settings app of your iPhone or iPad to update.
Although there has been no confirmation as to how many betas the company will release before working on finalizing the Gold Master version of the software, Apple released the final beta for iOS 9 around this time past year. It said that Apple did not make any improvement or provide new features in the update, except taking away the ability to jailbreak the phone. With the next-generation iPhone rumored to be unveiled on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at a special media event, all of the new software could arrive soon after.
