Swimmer Gunnar Bentz apologizes, says footage is missing from gas station tapes
Feigen did not join Gunnar Bentz and Jack Conger when they left Thursday night because he was ordered to donate nearly $11,000 to a local sports charity before charges against him would be dropped.

Police said in a statement on Facebook that that Feigen had agreed to make a contribution of 35,000 reals (nearly $11,000) to a Brazilian charity organization.
Lochte, a 12-time Olympic medalist, Conger and Bentz were on the 4×200 freestyle relay team that won gold, and Feigen was a member of the gold-winning 4×100 freestyle relay team.
