Drake and Rihanna Are Officially Dating

Drake, a Grammy victor in his own right, around the same time posted an Instagram photo of himself kissing Rihanna with Toronto’s CN Tower in the background. After the VMAs sent the speculation sky high, the new couple alert has been confirmed, per a report by Entertainment Tonight.

Despite being stuck in traffic and missing the chance to pick up the best hip hop video, Drake made it in time to present his friend Rihanna with the 2016 Video Vanguard award. There aren’t a ton of details given, except the tidbit that it’s definitely official.

“No one really knows how long they have been ‘official, ‘ they just chose to let it become a thing instead of hiding it from everyone”.

The Anti singer easily won the VMAs thanks to her FOUR separate performances as well as her Video Vanguard Award, while the Views rapper melted our hearts on Sunday with a speech declaring his love for RiRi once and for all.

During the VMA’s afterparty, the two were said to be inseparable and Drake was hardly able to take his eyes off her.

“The first time I met Robyn Fenty was in 2005”, he shared, recalling Rihanna’s very first music video shoot for “Pon de Replay” in his native Toronto. “We love the music, which can change styles from album to album”, Drake, 29, said.

Persistent relationship rumors reignited in May after Rihanna and Drake’s duet of her hit song “Work” during her two Anti World Tour concerts at the Forum in Los Angeles.
