Jailers had Bland fill out a health assessment form when she was incarcerated on July 10.

This committee will review evidence as it continues to be collected, all in an effort to help Mathis sort out the many moving parts of the case.
The committee will make recommendations on possible criminal charges to Mathis, White said.
